Hucka-what?
Found this reading Seth Godin, a new meta-search engine with some neat presentation and search tweaking options. Huckabuck has a search ‘tuning’ function that is kind of neat. As of right now they search via Google, Yahoo, MSN, Digg, Del.icio.us, and Technorati. There are some presets that you can choose to tune your results, i.e. relevant to shopping, or blogs or technology by the engines that return the most relevant results. You can also choose to custom tune it yourself. I’m at a loss for how to tune it for resume, name, or bio searching. If I figure it out or someone else wants to contribute, I’ll post it in the future. Look for (Huckabuck part 2.) For now check out the search engine named for a southern frozen treat. One cool thing is part of the profits they earn go to helping to rebuild New Orleans, the home city for the Huckabuckers.
