Sometimes, a skipped breakfast can ruin a day and make you depressed and eventually, it’sgoing to be a cycle. Don’t make it.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Regular exercise</strong>. Exercise will help your looses stressed up muscles and make you feel more at ease. Being energized means being more productive which makes people successful. Depression will make you accomplish nothing.</span></li>

No matter what your reason for using influences to cope with life or other pressures, it is something that will eventually destroy you. However, no matter how we justify it, we will eventually suffer worse consequences. Stopping an addiction may demand more effort than you can ever imagine. There are a couple of deadly effects an addiction can give you:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Withdrawal symptoms</strong>. These are normal symptoms on the first changes of quitting. Your body responds to change and it may not adopt so much with it like others. Give your body and mind time to adjust to it. A bad habit produces strong cravings and dependence that may not be easy to get rid with. But doctors provide treatment to strong withdrawal episodes and may include meditation, acupuncture and relaxation sessions.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Strained relationships</strong>. Addiction leads to very destructive things and the worst part is the people around you suffer as well. When the people who care about you cannot find a way to make you quit, this usually leads to arguments that strain your relationships in the process.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Health Decline</strong>. This doesn’t involve only physical health but as well psychological health. Everything is affected including your mental and emotional state of being. More often than not, increase intake of your addiction will make your body even more dependent on it, which makes quitting almost impossible. Also, this leads to brain damage.</span></li>

<p><span style="color: #000000">When you’re addicted and it’s getting harder and harder to quit, there are programs and procedures that can help you cope. It’s not going to be a walk in the park and oftentimes, the process can be tedious and desperate. Patience is still a virtue so you need to keep in mind that being clean is going to have a gradual effect. At all times, you need to be:</span></p>

<li><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Consistent</strong>. Like any other undertaking, stopping an addiction needs consistency. Quitting is the first step towards recovery but the challenge lies in actually keeping it that way. It will be tempting to try to go back to your usual habit until it’s already out of your control.</span></li>

In a time like this, you need to have a tough backbone and oftentimes, you may breakdown. When you know that there are people who will stay there with you, recovery will be so much easier.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Determined</strong>. Getting better requires more than pills, treatment and all of those other medications. But when you do not have the determination to survive and be better, they would all be useless. Take it to heart and you will feel more rewarded in the end.</span></li>

<p><span style="color: #000000">Remember that quitting is a decision. The first towards change is to actually accept that you have problem. When things get harder and seem impossible to accomplish, there are already programs and necessary affairs you can sign in with to make it more bearable to deal with. The road to change starts with a single step.</span></p>
